RE-HOMING & RETURNS

• We do not offer refunds of any kind.

• If at any time you want to surrender your hedgehog for any reason whatsoever, we will ALWAYS welcome them home. 

• If you are having difficulty with your hedgehog in general, please keep an open communication with us as we will always be available to assist you with yours and your baby's needs. 

• If you are considering re-homing your hedgehog, per our contract you must discuss this with us first. All health guarantees and warranties become void if the hedgehog is re-homed, resold or surrendered by you to anyone. 

• If you are ready to relinquish your baby and all avenues have been exhausted, we will work with you in regards to placement of another baby in your home. If we do not have any babies available at the time, we will work you into our next rotation of litters.
